OUR CHARITABLE GIVING

SUPPORTING AMERICAN CHARITIES

At GUNROCK INDUSTRIES we believe in supporting charitable organizations that are aligned to our beliefs. We are grateful that we have the opportunity to do this. 

We donate a minimum of 1 percent (1%) of every sale we make and the criteria we use to our Guest Charities and our program uses the following guiding principles: 

 EQUALITY - Available to all without prejudice. No racism, sexism, ageism or discrimination. No exceptions.

COMMUNITY – Available to all US citizens and families most in need and to organizations that foster this goal. We start at home and work outward from there. 

FREEDOM – Available with flexibility. We are not tied to any one charity. We can rotate our giving to suit needs and emergencies as they arise. We rotate beneficiaries throughout the year and aim to help Charities and Agencies that do the most good with their resources.

Our current Guest Charities: 

FEEDING AMERICA - 

Feeding America is the largest charity working to end hunger in the United States. They partner with food banks, food pantries, and local food programs to bring food to people facing hunger.   

34 million people (1 in 10) including 9 million children in the US have food security problems, 49 million Americans have accessed their food programs in the last 12 months, this is a major issue across every County in the USA and an important one.  

Every $1 donated provides 10 meals. 

MAKE-A-WISH - 

Make-a-Wish provides life changing wishes to children who are suffering from critical illnesses.  

They provide over 300 wishes per week, helping to transform children's lives one wish at a time. 

GARY SINISE FOUNDATION - 

"Freedom and security are precious gifts that we, as Americans, should never take for granted. We must do all we can to extend our hand in times of need to those who willingly sacrifice each day to provide that freedom and security. While we can never do enough to show gratitude to our nation's defenders, we can always do a little more." Gary Sinise.

The Gary Sinise Foundation provides support to the servicemen & women and first responders in a number of ways, from adapted homes for wounded warriors, support for families of fallen service members, to essential equipment for first responders. They do it all.
